Goose Management

The BCHOA Board continues to contract with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) to monitor and manage the goose population in Beringer Commons. Each year, APHIS visits Beringer Commons multiple times in the spring in order to monitor goose nesting and treat eggs with a biodegradable corn oil for the purposes of managing the goose population. Annual reports of the population management can be found below.
